Their popular products include men's and women's WIT & Smiley Originals, Weightlifting Essentials, Tees & Tanks, Joggers & Tights, and Hoodies & Sweatshirts. They also offer Footwear and Accessories.

In terms of services, they have a return policy where customers can return items for a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided all items still have their original tags attached to them and are in their original box. They offer exchanges and returns for an online credit note for free within the UK. However, returns for a cash refund will incur a £4.99 restocking fee. Customers returning from outside of the UK will be responsible for the cost of the return.

Please note that they do not accept returns for all nutrition products, Psychi chalk or any chalk product, Adapt tape and any other tape products, underwear or socks, and Mystery Box items.
